We had the pleasure of working with the NSW Department of Industry supplying photography and videos for various businesses located all over NSW that took part in their Business Connect Program.
A key initiative of the program is that small businesses have the opportunity to get business advice from subsidised business advisors. Our brief was to capture the essence of the businesses that had benefited from the aid and alignment provided by the Business Connect Program. We then undertook to photograph 30 and create videos of 9 small business distributed throughout NSW—all within a tight deadline.
With meticulous planning and pre production we were able to book shooting dates, align participants, organise travel and locations. We then sent our photographer and videographer on road trips around the state to creatively capture all the participants and their businesses on camera. All the time we were sensitive to the participants being sole owners of their business and couldn’t afford much time off.
We then creatively edited the video interviews into compelling stories, highlighting the participant’s relationship with the Business Connect Program. We were able to complete the project and deliver 900+ images and 9 videos within the 12 week timeline and within budget ensuring a successful outcome and a happy client.
